Hello there, me again!
Today has been exhausting but also it's all been worth it.
I thought I was losing it all since I really hadn't come up with anything over the past 24 hours and I was about to post all my anger through here, but I spoke too soon.
Today, Mrs. Stoklosa had the brightest idea to get us all into breakout rooms so we could discuss some of our ideas and blog content with some of our peers and boy did I take advantage.
My breakout room consisted of 4 of my friends and we individually shared the links of our blogs so we could all give constructive criticism and ideas to one another. As I explained my genre, plot, etc. to the rest of my peers I have concluded many things I'm taking into consideration for the future. Here are just some of them:
GET AN EDITING APP!!!
- My friend Nicole suggested all of us should get an editing app and gave out examples such as iMovie, Adobe, and PicsArt.
- I noticed I was getting pretty stressed over what my entire movie was going to talk about but then I realized I only have to make an opening scene. Yes, the rest of the movie should be taken into consideration, but I was wasting so much time and energy on scenes and details that weren't even going to be included in the first place. Only focus on what matters at the moment, time is ticking.
- I hadn't even thought about a storyboard since I've been so busy planning everything out and mapping everything in my head. I have a clear idea of how everything is going to turn out so I might as well draw it out, I promise this will come out next week, no excuses. (so excited for you to see)
- There's no doubt in my head that with such an important issue, mental health, I can only be fair and do as much research as possible so I can make this illness justice and bring as much awareness as I possibly can. Of course, I've done extensive research but just not enough to be completely secure.
